"Clean room, they gave us the upgrade room top floor with best views of Zermatt city, church with clock tower. Great breakfast and great service, food was excellent and many variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful with amazing services."

No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better. I’d definitely stay here again!"
