The hotel’s location is excellent—away from the chaos but still close to the main Florence attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were wonderful. The property is very well located and offers some great amenities.
The room was okay, The bathroom, in particular, is poorly designed. It is quite small, yet has a large sink, toilet, and bathtub, leaving very little space to move around. After a shower, there is barely enough room to dry yourself without the towel falling into either the toilet or the sink.
Overall, the location, staff, and rooftop facilities are definite highlights.

My husband and I stopped in various cities during our recent trip to Italy, and the Il Rivalta was by far the nicest hotel. The rooms are very large and beautifully modern. There are great amenities and the staff was super accommodating. It is also in a great location, with a lot of nearby shopping and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again!

"The hotel was in a quiet area 9 mins walk from the train station and 17 mins walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."

"Nothing. Bed was like sleeping on a block of cement. No way to boil water for tea. AC is controlled by front desk I froze, tried to call front desk but internal phone did not work so no room service. No transport to airport only cab. Hotel is isolated. Never Again. Staff were pleasant"
