"Great place for a girls’ weekend. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to a walking path and many other activities. The suite was spotless and there was good communication. The first night we were a little paranoid, because there is a garage door that closes but the door to the house (door is in the garage) didn’t have a lock. I think someone or the owners live upstairs because we could hear walking. But after the initial wonderings , we felt very safe the rest of the stay. It just seems a little unsettling not to have a door that locks. Other than that it was perfect and we would stay there again."

"This is our third time at this lovely duplex just outside of excelsior. It is spotlessly clean and meets all of our needs as we visit our son and family in the area. Lisa is available for any concerns( which we have never had!!). We highly recommend this vrbo. "

"We had our family of 10 here for the weekend. The house has a lot of room for people to move around and hang out. It was really clean, we loved having the fire pit outside, and the game room was a real hit with the family! The only downside was the kitchen, while spacious with lots of counterop space, was set up very strange with subpar components. There was no salt & pepper, plastic wrap or baggies, and no plastic containers for leftovers. We would've loved to have had a platter or large stockpot to cook with. But I think this is a fairly new rental, so maybe there will be more to come?All said, we had an absolute blast this weekend, and I would recommend that if you're having a big group - just plan accordingly. "

"We had a group of six women. This rental needs mirrors in each room along with nightstands/dressers. Trying to get ready was very difficult for all of us with no mirrors.Also, it states that it’s walking distance to downtown this is true, kind of. You have to cross over highway seven no sidewalk to get to it. Being close to downtown would be more of a description than walking distance."
