"Breakfast was typical powdered eggs and thin meat. Our bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. There were atleast 10 hairs from past guests that were clearly visible. Bed was comfortable. Room itself was quiet and comfortable. "

"The house is really nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very modern. There is a nice fireplace and huge TV. The couch and chair in the family room are electric and have reclining feet which is a must have in my opinion . The family room, however, is a bit small and can only fit about 3 guests comfortably. There is a foosball table and nice kitchen table and chairs in the living room but there are no window treatments, which is a little odd. Everyone from the street can see inside when you're in this room. Curtains or blinds would be nice to have. The house has all the cookware, keurig, plates, pots, pans, etc.. which makes it very convenient. I did notice that it was missing bar b Que tools, and adequate Tupperware. If you search, like I did for 2 weeks, the potholders are underneath the stove in the bottom drawer. Wish I found them sooner. Maybe having a guest book would be a good idea, for reference and things to do in the area. There is a good amount of starter supplies to keep you going for a few weeks. The driveway is nice and spacious and has a kids basketball hoop on it. The garage is on the smaller side and will fit an average size car inside but it won't fit a full sized pickup truck. I wish I knew that beforehand, so I didn't have to deal with snow and ice on my truck. The owner did come over and remove the snow when we had a storm. Great master, but window treatments let in light at night. Bathroom is A. Overall, very good, but priced a little high."

"The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with…offered flexibility with the checkout time (but we didn’t need it after all). The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Do note, however, there are stairs required to access the accommodation. The use of garage parking is a plus. Our stay was notably very quiet! "

"Very responsive hosts who offered a comfortable, relaxing place for us and our babies, including a garage with remote! They had all the info we needed for getting there and into the townhome organized and everything inside was clean and had a fun modern vibe.Every amenity was available from all the kitchen gadgets to paper goods, laundry, excellent linens and bath and hand soaps. We loved the super snuggly blankets and relaxing in front of the streaming TV in the evening was appreciated. Close to shopping, good restaurants and Chanhassen Dinner Theater too! "

"The place is exactly a simple rental; there were hardly any pots that could boil pasta or other food prep for a family of four. The kitchen needs a few more amenities, such as baking supplies and more plates/bowls (only has 6), but it has enough to get by. The fireplace is fantastic, but please make sure the fire is against the back wall, or the living room will get smoky. The host was responsive and communicated over time. The overall experience was enjoyable. "

"We had a group of six women. This rental needs mirrors in each room along with nightstands/dressers. Trying to get ready was very difficult for all of us with no mirrors.Also, it states that it’s walking distance to downtown this is true, kind of. You have to cross over highway seven no sidewalk to get to it. Being close to downtown would be more of a description than walking distance."
