"One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!"
