"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species."

"Generally it was a great spot and I’d go Back again. Sadly, on a Friday afternoon we went out to the pool and as it was cooler being the start of rainy season, the bar was closed which was disappointing. Also was hoping for more amazing fruit on the breakfast buffet given the location, but the pineapple that was there was fantastic. Otherwise was a great place."

"El personal es muy colaborador y amable. Estuve contento de hallar en mi cuarto una mesita que me sirvió de escritorio, lo que no había en mi habitación en febrero. Aprecio el aislamiento fónico que limita la entrada de los ruidos exteriores, y las batas muy abrigadas. Cama confortable. Excelente atención 1) en el restaurante, en particular de Fabiola, Viviana, Luis y Carlos, siempre con una sonrisa. 2) en la recepción, con Randy, Kenia y Jonathan. La música queda fuerte y no relajante, pero tengo que resignarme, porque en prácticamente todos los lugares (hoteles, restaurantes y almacenes, hay esa música agitada, salvo en los restaurantes de alta gama. Regresaré con gusto en enero de 2027, para quedarme con gusto varios días con mi esposa."

"Pleasantly surprised to find this quality of a hotel property, at this price, so close to Biblica Hospital. Our suite was clean, with a loft, king bed and full bathroom in loft. The lower level had an induction flatop, full sink, microwave and mini fridge. Secure underground parking was also complimentary. The hotel appears to have been recently upgraded and the quality of materials, fixtures and workmanship was exceptional. The free breakfast was fast and very good with multiple selections available, with full table service. The front desk staff were efficient and very helpful with directions on eating establishments within walking distance of the property. We will be returning to this property on our next trip to the area."
