Charming Waterfront Retreat with Private Dock

Welcome to your serene escape on the water. This bright and beautifully updated home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, fishing off your private dock, or enjoying sunsets over the Nassawadox Creek into the Bay.
Step out your back door to stunning waterfront views. The private dock is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, crabbing, fishing, or simply relaxing with your feet in the water.
Inside, the home is filled with natural light and comfortable, coastal-inspired decor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering space to sleep up to nine guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block counters, and includes a cozy dining table with seating for four overlooking the water.
Downstairs, a spacious finished basement offers a lounge area with a sectional sofa and TV, as well as open space perfect for games or relaxing.
