The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

This is probably my 7th or 8th stay at CVK Taksim, and there's no way I'd choose anywhere else whenever I visit Istanbul. Everything is great as always, from the warm welcome at reception by Ms. Ilayda to the clean rooms, the tasty breakfast, and the warm, genuine smiles from the ladies at the restaurant and all the staff. Special thanks to Umran, who always makes our stay perfect with his service and professionalism. Umran goes above and beyond every single time, and he remembers our preferences even between visits.
