"It was nice and quiet when we arrived however there are many other cabins and tiny houses right next to the cottage so there were cars coming in and out at all hours of the night. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs in the cabin which scared my son. There was a power outage for about 4 hours in the middle of the night and for some reason our toilet wouldn’t flush during that time. Not sure if that is a common occurrence at this location but we had perishable items in the refrigerator so it was not a good experience for us as we were not prepared with a backup cooler. We did not get a great night’s sleep and I would describe this as a basic place to sleep on Ring Road but the electricity and amenities are not dependable or worth the price."
