"Everything was very clean some of the furniture was a little worn but it is a Historic Hotel it was not a problem. The bed was very nice bedding was clean and soft many pillows plenty of towels and linens amenities were excellent including bathroom supplies there was coffee maker and refrigerator. We had the luxury Suite which had a Corner Room View and was super spacious at a very reasonable price. We actually booked again for the candlelight Christmas tour in December. Not having anyone on staff was kind of unusual though it was a Monday. To check in check out or any other needs you had to phone a number posted. It was okay except when we checked out we ended up getting a main switchboard that handled restaurants and hotels. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. Location could not be better for walking shopping eating bars."

"The put me in a room where the other side of the wall was the kitchen. So I was awake every night of my stay at 5 something to banging from the kitchen. Found 2 bugs one in the bed crawling. I have a video. And a dead cricket in my towel. "
