"The check in process was a pain and they needed 2 forms of ID for me to use a card. I was splitting payment between my card and my husbands card and they stated the name needed to be the same on both cards. He had to Venmo me the money from his card and then I had to Venmo myself to get all the money on my card.
The housekeepers are the Indian owners who have no manners for Americans. They demanded to come into my room for cleaning while my infant was asleep and stated it was mandatory. They came back another day and walked in on my children naked in the bath. I immediately pressed charges for lingering and trying to watch my children naked in the bath.
On a simpler note - the breakfast is trash consisting of only cereal and there are spiders and roaches everywhere. The floor in our room turned our feet black because it is never cleaned."
"Lovely hotel in a great location for lots of restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was a bit unorganised but the food was decent...except for the boiled eggs, they were half frozen on 2 of the days we stayed. Would definitely stay again."

"Great property. Breakfast was good. They have a bar. Several restaurants close by. My only complaint is the mud in parking lot. Very slippery in spots. I helped an elderly guy up after falling to the ground. My wife fell 10 minutes later on slippery muddy sidewalk."
