"This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). "Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sehr ordentlich und sauber gehalten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allein der Standort ist mit der Einfahrt direkt auf eine schlecht einsehbare Straße (Spiegel helfen hier) und ohne Zugang zu Fuß ein kleines Manko für mich.Vielen Dank für einen herrlichen Tag am See:)"

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et très sympathique. C’est une nouvelle construction et les gens de la réception sont dévoués. Que dire du maître d’hôtel qui est très attentionné et à votre service. Le repas en soirée était délicieux et très abordable. Même si l’endroit est un peu en banlieue de Rome, ça vaut le détour. "Parking on the street was easy. Though the steep walk uphill to the hotel would be a challenge for some, we found it delightful and hotel staff informed us that they have a luggage transfer service for people who arrrive with heavy bags. Room was lovely and the ktichenette was one of the best supplied we have ever seen, including utensils, pans, and plenty of dishes."

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."
