Rooms very clean and the hotel is quite a new hotel so internally beautifully furnished. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast inc in our rate was very good with great selection of fruit etc. just lacking cereals. Great cooked breakfast with chef making omelettes etc Rooms were not huge but well furnished and well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Lovely clean & fresh bedding. Great position for exploring Funchal and being at the bottom of the steep incline down to the town easy walk to Marina & town and to the old Town & theFunicular. So good position for many of the don’t miss sights. Has roof bar & swimming pool with great views. Snacks available also on the roof.
