"This hotel was very nice, but on arrival I had requested a walk-in shower and it was not available when I got there. They did try to do something, but it didn’t work out. They did bring me up a shower chair which wasn’t very safe for me to use. The room was clean but the next day when we left and came back, the room was not acceptable. I took the information and the picture to the front desk and she said they would discuss it with the person. We had used extra blankets on the beds and they were just thrown on the bed, not folded, and the pillows were not where they should’ve been. The buffet for us was part of the room charge. I’m supposing. If I had had to pay $18 for the buffet, I would’ve been very irritated. There’s no imagination same menu both days. The eating area was very nice. Everything was clean, but they had the same food both days and like I said, no imagination they need to talk to their chef. I realize that they have a lot of people coming in and out of there on the buses, but it still should be something that’s enjoyable to eat with a little variety. I have got much better food selection at Hyatt and Hilton that we had here. For the amount of money we paid for the room. I was very disappointed in the availability of things. Hilton than they had here."

"Property was reasonably clean, and the staff there was really helpful. The location and the property is really beautiful. I really liked how they have made the property a mix of a hotel and an airbnb, with all the necessary amenities as well as the breakfast. However, some of the electrical fixtures are pretty old and need repairs. But I would not cut any points because of that. Overall, the property could be a little bit cleaner especially the breakfast area. I also felt that the breakfast options are limited but I guess that’s just subjective."
