"New hotel very conveniently located close to capitol Arena and Chinatown. Lots to do. Only problem was check in. Staff told me that room was being inspected after cleaning and we would be able to get our rooms within 30 minutes. An hour later still no notification. "

"The room was super clean and neat. The heat didnt work via my room so it had to be controlled by staff. Took them over 2 hours to get the room comfortably warm in 19° weather. "

"The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Major issue was not getting the original room that I booked for. I was supposed to get a Riverfront view and ended up on the 2nd floor facing the street. I spoke with the front desk staff and was told everything else was fully booked. Didn't get a discount or any type of consideration. "

"Sean was an incredible person. He was incredibly friendly and very professional. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the hotel and rooms were spotless. "

"The room overall was in okay shape. The bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. There were hairs in the sink and in the corner by the toilet as well as something splattered on the wall. The bedding was clean, but around the bed area was very dusty on the floor. Appeared as though the focus was linens and counter tops, but not much detail to other areas. The trash cans didn't have trash bags which would make for more clean up in my opinion. Not much interaction with any staff, but the ones that I did talk to were very kind. Breakfast was a good as well as the evening reception. Overall, I'd rate this a 3/5 for my stay, but would most likely not stay here again."

"The room was actually clean. I was very impressed and happy to see how it all was. Made me very comfortable to stay in our room. Staff was super nice and the little extras like the 5pm Happy Hour and make to order breakfast were great. The location of the hotel was also fantastic."
