All the front desk staff I interacted with was not welcoming at all and made me not want to visit this hotel again in the future.

I love the location and love for this hotel, unfortunately they don't have any options of rooftops, or outside deck/outdoor area to enjoy the weather. Beautiful hotel though, with this appealing, they could do more.
Otherwise, the front desk clerk - not my favorite.

We love going to this hotel, only reason why I gave it 4-Stars is because our last stay, the TV didn’t work and also the free breakfast was kinda on the “Lacking” side, but not deal breakers

-Cleanliness
Cons:
-Free breakfast options can get a upgrade
-Not associated with Hilton/Marriot so can’t get any points for as much as we stay there
Overall the cons are not even that bad

Stayed 4 nights with avg of $300 a night following things are rated poor
BREAKFAST: even holiday in express breakfast is better than theirs.
on the name of continental breakfast you get
- cold boiled eggs
- one cereal voice
- toasted bread
- fruits
- coffee (pot coffee only)
That is it, SAME things every day
STAFF(FRONT DESK):
- other than the 4 words they need to speak to you to check in that is all.
- you could pass them 10 times a day they will look down or don't even look at you, let alone any greeting
- We came late and they blocked the main door with ID only..the front desk guy kept looking at us from the glass and didn't even try to point where to scan the card as it's on the side of the door 7 feet away and not very obvious.
INCIDENTAL: The CC provided on day one was actually charged $50/Night = $200. Not very obvious from check in. Usually, hotels do "Authorisation only".
These guys will actually charge your card and then you wait for 1 week to get your refund.
For that price stay at a place where there is better service

Dining, bakery, bar, and a barbershop beside the hotel is very convenient and not even a 2 minute walk.
Then all the other restaurants and shopping centers are around 12-15 minutes away by vehicle.
Clean and really extravagant looking rooms. I always book with them when I’m on a trip and the room I had last felt like a studio apartment. It was just immaculate. I would recommend 10/10 to family and friends.

Hotel is perfectly situated in Mosaic District, we felt comfortable walking from the hotel. Hospitality is excellent. The other guests are the worst part at times, but the Archer gives us confidence that they will address any concerns.
