"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer. Good for transport links too. The 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted but its worth the effort and would happilybreturn here. "

"We were unable to access the property on the first night as they had forgotten to put the key into the lockbox. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel. We discovered that the washing machine was broken but the property managers did our laundry for us - we just had to drop it off & pick it up later. "This spot is in the heart of old town without the noise. Super lovely spot with everything you need and fabulous AC! the only issue we had with this spot was the shower drains very slowly and we could have used some beach towels but otherwise super perfect and great communication from team :) "
