"The first thing we saw was a outside stairway that was rotting and the paint peeling off. We had to watch for splinters on the handrail & nails coming up on the stairs to get to the front door. The bad stay way was in just as bad a condition. The bed frames made such a racket we switched to another, but found either the other was loud as well or the mattress uncomfortable. Because of a shelf right above, it was difficult to get into the washer/dryer without hitting your head. The high top table...

"Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels."
