"Elevator was not working our intire trip. When checking in I asked about two areas near and dear to me. The first: Recycling - I was told the told the hotel had recycling for their own needs but not for the guests. Second: No secure internet - with hacking coming from all different directions, it is important for me to protect my information from unwanted sources, but I couldn't do that with the presnet WI-FI available!"

"The "breakfast included was what they called a "grab and go." Coffee, hot water, oatmeal packets, no real milk, maybe granola bars. Very disappointing. Had to go to dunkin."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect."

"Terrible communication all around. The owner was very aggressive. The room wasnt available when we arrived, so I spent the next hour speaking to Expedia about refunds. Terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone."
