Very nice big room. Very clean. Friendly gentleman at check in. Plus friendly gentleman that I spoke to but not about check in. Different inquiry I had. They gave to me a room on the first floor that really helped me out very much. Great parking and great location. Nice heater in room and I am sure the same unit has excellent air conditioning as well. A really good rate!

Nice service, place looks a little abandoned but with investments it could be a great place (really small hotel sign, really old carpet) Front desk people are really nice and helpful. They did open swimming pool for just us, thank you and it was clean.

It was okay for the price. The one thing we didn't appreciate was the sound of plumbing hisses or something going on in between intervals of silence. It's an older building, so I guess things like that are to be expected. Anyway, it was clean, nice textured walls and good paint. Even crown moulding. Nice layout and nice furniture. Bed wasn't too bad, but hubby and I cheat by not even getting underneath the covers. We brought our own memory foam and sleeping bags. I liked the location which was farther away from Interstate 80 than some of the other hotels. And I like the privacy, not having to share a hallway to get to and from our room. Just open the door and you're outside. They did offer coffee, tea and juice in the lobby in the mornings from about 6 AM. We stayed 3 nights and made the best of it.

We came to shop at the outlet mall and this hotel was very close to all the stores. My son enjoyed the pool. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We will stay here again

Short stay turns into longer one

Got stuck on the bay area with a car issue over a long holiday weekend. What was supposed to be one night.ended up being 6 days. The hotel is a clean, affordable, safe place to stay with everything you could possibly want within short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had my small dog along with me so the pet room on the first floor was great.

The room was nice. The shower/tub was nice besides the bugs I had found initially in there. The beds weren’t very comfortable but good for the price we paid. I found a couple cockroaches throughout my room, but clearly you get what you pay for. Pool was nice!

There were signs of age of building both inside and outside my "3rd" floor room,such a cracks in bathroom tiles and lack of upkeep on porch outside the doors. Room was quiet however.

I want to start with saying, the front desk guy was great, friendly and attentive. He would be a valuable asset at a highend establishment. The facility itself is rundown, torn apart and unclean. There was mold and hair in the shower, dirt build up on the baseboards and the door frame had been kicked in and reenforced with a large metal door backet. The outside flooring is all base boarding and the fire alamrs for the place are hanging by wires from holes in the eves. It should be a crime to charge anything to stay here.

Not sure if some units are lived in. Missing lightbulbs. Screens broken. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Pillows were not made for beds. Some insects on the bed. Clumps of dirt and grass on the floor. The walkway on the second florr was spongy, rotton plywood. It was quiet though.

Our worst hotel accommodation ever.

The bed was the only good feature in our room - it was firm yet soft and we got a good night's sleep. Other than that, the condition of the room was terrible. The soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. There was no stopper in the sink, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the toilet seat cover had only one bolt holding it on. We arrived late at night after an international flight so fell into bed and didn't notice all the problems until morning. The room was clean with good linens, but it was unbelievable to us that the management had seemingly not noticed or done anything about these gross deficiencies, and that they would rent out the room in this condition as it seemed that there there were many other available rooms. Definitely a NO recommendation.

It was a quick check in and nice clean room. Liked they had a fridge and microwave for storage and convenience. Plenty of towels for my multi day stay. Only negative thing I have is that the other tenants were making a lot of noise and traffic from the car on the interstate. Also don’t know what was going on with the shower, but it had low pressure and took me a bit just to shower, and the front door was poorly sealed. If I could see light from the outside coming in meant noise and air was coming in. Those little things make a big difference in the stay for a nice quiet stay.
