Jonas was an excellent front desk clerk! Not only was he so welcoming me to the Claremont Hotel, but he worked personably to help me find the room the best fit my wishes - and the room was spot on! Jonas took his time, stayed focussed and is exactly what the brand would want as the first person to greet guests!

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. They charge a significant amount every day to park your car if you book through Expedia. Also, the area is completely unsafe. If you can’t leave anything in the car, it will be broken into and the hotel tells you that quite openly

Jane,who works in the morning breakfast area does an excellent job. Breakfast was very busy and she was very friendly and helpful at keeping the food stocked.
Rooms and hallways smelled like weed. Didn’t feel comfortable parking car in parking lot. Since you charge a parking fee, on site security would be nice.

The layout of the property was a bit unusual, one elevator and not working. The surrounding area has trash everywhere. However, the property itself was clean.

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week. When I checked in the condenser to the A/C in my room was making a loud noise when it cycled through its operation. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they happily changed my room and repaired the A/C unit."
