1st we get there to check in and got told we couldn't have the room we booked. And NO WATER PARK OPEN TO PLAY! We came for that reason only! Then the room they gave us ABSOLUTELY horrible! I have a 2yr old and the bathroom door didnt shut or lock at all. The carpet was torn up with bare flooring ...
