"Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad."

"Time was spent doing what Donald P Leaver would want us to do, just by simply spending time together.We enjoyed a classic clam boil where the kitchen was amazing.We played crochet where the yard was way too fun to set this up the traditional way.This place was located directly across from downtown NB where our beloved Dad dedicated his work life to Com-electric.. "West Island is unique, sweet, quiet spot. Perfect to relax, spend time with family and enjoy outdoor activities. Beaches all near by and we found wonderful tennis/pickle courts at the beach at State Park Fort Phoenix just a 15 minute drive. Beth is as super helpful with any questions about the area and the house. The house had everything you could think of in the kitchen. We loved the fire pit for s’mores. Overall, just what we were looking for. "

"We stayed at this hotel as a last minute getaway and took our German Shepherd. We had a room with 2 doubles which are the pet friendly rooms. The room was recently really nicely remodeled and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. There is an Indian restaurant onsite and there was a lovely bar with live entertainment at the back overlooking the marina. The food and the drinks there was excellent. Our dog was even relaxed and fell asleep on the floor next to the table outside on the patio and enjoyed chicken nuggets and fries. We checked out and when I arrived home I realized I had left my boots in the room. I called the front desk who called me back within 15 mins to confirm they were there. I sent a prepaid shipping label via email and they boxed them up and sent them back to me. Just wanted to say thank you to the front desk gentleman for sending these back and providing such an exceptional customer service. We will be back!! "
