8.8/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
What I liked most about my stay at the Leonardo was the. view from my hotel room of the River Lee. The staff does need more training in how to make a bed, with a bottom sheet and a top sheet. I always got a bottom sheet but had to ask for a top sheet. When I did get a top sheet I had to dig at the top of the headboard to find it. Top sheet should be placed where the guest can find it easily.
The breakfast was ok but when I asked for a serving spoon for the oatmeal, the dinning staff did not understand me. This issue was resolved shortly. The staff definitely works hard but training has to be given towards details that a guest appreciates in a hotel.

"All the employees were excellent. The bar is very nice and cozy. My only complaint was the off site parking, it was a hike to get back to the hotel! A valet would be a nice addition. Other than that I would definitely stay here again."
