The room was very clean and tidy, and all the amenable you needed. The staff was great to deal with the restaurant had very good choices and the rooftop newly opened restaurant was great with great service.

Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave.
What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station.

The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there.
