Hotel was conveniently located. We stayed 4 nights. The service elevator was the only working elevator and we had to obtain assistance from the staff to get to our floor every day we were there. The person who checked us in said we would get one night parking free for the inconvenience; however, we were charged for all 4 days of parking. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said there were no notes regarding the credit. Therefore, we did not receive what was promised.

"The exhaust fan for the bathroom didn't work so it was a choice of leaving the bathroom door open and make the whole room humid, or closed and let it get so steamy you couldn't breathe. The hotel also didn't have any information about Harper's Ferry."
