Lovely place, great location

The house was beautiful, well-stocked, and incredibly clean. Our kids loved the bunk bedroom and the foosball table. Great location, close to Asheville and to apple orchards. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away

The house was clean and in a good location to access different areas of Asheville. It was an easy and quick drive to get to the Biltmore estate, which was the main point of our time there. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

This was a great location and a comfortable, nice house. There are tons of emails and notes sent when you book it, which is overboard in my opinion, but the stay was really good.

Girls weekend

This property is perfect for a girls getaway! There were 4 of us and plenty of space. Clean, new, decorated perfectly and not too far of a drive (15 min or less) to visit downtown Asheville, breweries, restaurants, etc. can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely gem

My husband and I have stayed at VRBOs throughout the country. This property was by far our favorite. The house is well appointed and is within close proximity to downtown Asheville and its amazing food scene. Hiking trails are also convenient to the property. We highly recommend.

Bachelorette weekend in NC

We had an excellent experience at this house in Fairview! It was a bachelorette trip with 9 girls. The house was very clean and the check-in process went very smoothly. It was a short Uber ride to downtown, approx $15-$20. There was a cute coffee shop down the street. We even got the awesome chance to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs during our stay! I would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again sometime!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and in a very cute neighborhood. The location was great, you could get anywhere in Asheville in 10-15 . We loved walking to the local coffee shop at the bottom of the neighborhood every morning. We will be back!

Awesome weekend getaway!

Myself and a group of 8 other girls stayed at the house for a weekend trip. It was awesome! Plenty of space, clean, and very close to downtown Asheville. We felt very safe the entire time, and management was awesome about allowing us an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Fabulous Farmhouse

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at this home! Modern Farmhouse was very cute and very clean and located in what looks to be an area with lots of new (er) construction. The beds were incredibly comfortable! I didn't want to get up and leave the bed to get going each day! The location was great, just a short drive to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. There aren't a ton of dining options near the house, but we did order and pickup pizza and barbecue from nearby restaurants for dinner and it was very good. We enjoyed sitting around the big dining table eating and then playing Uno and catching up with our adult children after a long day spent exploring the beautiful area. There was plenty of starter supplies to get you going...dishwasher packs, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Much more here than in a cabin we'd previously stayed in. Communication with property management was excellent. We received a detailed and informative email upon booking and another very informative text the day of arrival. I knew that if we had any issues, I could text management easily, but we never had a problem. Everything was wonderful and I'd highly recommend this vacation home!
