The staff was pleasant, very friendly, and easy to talk to. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary glass of wine, which was a very nice gesture. Besides the bed being a little on the firmer side, 10/10 stay

The hotel is amazing! We have traveled all over the world and this is one of my favorite hotels from all of the ones that I have visited. If you were going to Lisbon this is the hotel you need to stay in if you love history, artwork, Turkish baths, beautiful pools And excellent service
