"We stayed in the 5 bed room. Our room was below average, sheets hadn’t been changed & there were ***stains on them. One of my family members was also bitten by bed bugs. Wouldn’t stay here again."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at Amoa Resort. From the warm and respectful welcome to the thoughtful accommodation arrangements that kept our family close together, everything was exceptional.
The staff were friendly and attentive, dinner was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety. I especially appreciated that breakfast is served until 10 a.m., allowing guests to relax and enjoy their morning.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved having both the indoor and outdoor shower options, which added a unique island experience to our stay.
The sunrise views across the resort are absolutely beautiful, and an early morning swim made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to the Amoa Resort team for your outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Savai’i."
"Breakfast was delicious, however not included if you booked through Expedia. Barista made coffee was amazing. Great coffee art. Location, unbeatable 10/10. Picturesque views. 4 pools to swim and the beach. Stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. So spacious, clean and tidy. Three bathrooms as well. No laundry, hotel can do your laundry for you at 35tala per bag or you can use laundromat on main road for 10tala and dry for 12 tala. Overall had a pleasant experience, very relaxing atmosphere. Return to Paradise is definitely Paradise. Recommend for all, you wont
be disappointed."
"The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced.
The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff there were lovely and helpful.
We only ate at the restaurant once for a meal and it was served cold , asked for it to be re heated and it still came back cold so we didn't eat there again .
Overall for the price it was pretty disappointing and will stay somewhere else next time."
"Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !"
"Nice facilities. Friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Safe parking. No food inclusions but a good cafe across the road and also a lovely Indian restaurant. Minor issue was the storage room for the cleaning items was right next to the room which impacted on privacy."
"Staff: were helpful during my stay.
Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have.
Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. Orange drink were too sweet next to the water cooler, needed to have a big toaster so clients don't que n wait to have their bread toasted.
Couldn't sleep couple of nights, as client above me too noisey and stomping on the floor, dragging stuff on the floor."
