"Great property with lots to offer! Of course its an old house, and there is lots of bugs in Tuscany so when you book it know this, its such a great space!! The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed the view and the owner and his helper were extremely responsive and helped us very quickly with any questions."

She is so skilled in what she does, and coordinated great vendors with timeliness and organization. "Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom causing the floor to have puddles of water. Extremely dangerous. Service staff on the whole was good, unfortunately when they could have really helped out they chose to be short sighted and cheap. Would not return to that establishment. "

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."

"Luca was an absolute excellent host. Offered advice on local activities and restaurants. We had a group from age75years-2 months, and everyone was delighted entertained,and happy! Could not have been a better place to call home for 2 months! We hope to return again! Grazie Luca!"
