We had an issue with the heat not working and when the maintenance man came and saw the issue, he moved us to another room and even made sure it was a room close by so we didn't have to move farther away. He was super helpful and got the situation resolved quickly."

"We stayed at their basic king size room that’s perfect for 1-2 person. It has Nespresso coffee machine, 2 adult size robes with slippers that are very comfy. Overall, the room is very nice and clean. The staff are also helpful and friendly. The room has no microwave and iron if you want to iron clothes. The hotel is nearby a grocery store, lots of different restaurants to choose from, gas stations, library, retail stores, a park, and many more. It is also in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood."
