Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful.

The room was absolutely stunning. Staff was helpful and very efficient!
The hotel is right on the canal and is just a 4-5min walk from the train station.
Due to the location of the hotel, very close to many restaurants, bars, cafe and shopping boutiques

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’.
Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

"Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied."
