"Family trip, 14 of us, youngest was 5 and oldest 80. It was a very nice visit and enjoyed by all. The house was very nice and made us feel very comfortable, having bedrooms on the main level was a bonus for anyone with mobility issues. The side yard is a great place for kids to play and was perfect for our kickball and baseball games. The location of the house was perfect, easy, short walk to the beach. For anyone with mobility issues, they can be dropped off. Parking for non residents available after 5pm. House comes with plenty of beach chairs. The porch was our favorite place to sit but there's also a nice patio sofa to the side of the house. Short drive to downtown Falmouth and other places to visit such as the Nobska Lighthouse. The owner was very nice and informative. Would stay again."

"The location of the home is fantastic. It is immediately across the street from the ocean and gorgeous beach. The house is extremely well-equipped and was very comfortable for our group of 20 family members. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would love to stay there again. I forgot to mention what a great town Falmouth is!"
