"The staff were nice and the room was clean but when we got to the room the door wouldn’t shut and I had to figure out why myself, the worst part was that the shower drain was not cleaned and I had to remove the cover and declog it myself, and then the hot tub was soo loud if more then 2 people were in at at a time; making screaming and fart like noises."

We observed people who did not have keys waiting outside the pool to gain entrance as we left. Staff security could be improved. Tell us where you are remodeling. A search of all floors Wes needed to find vending machines."
