love our stay here. Family friendly, front desk greeted us when we check in. We had a big family here for Graduation and rent 4 to 5 rooms. The best part is that their family run and make you feel at home. Breakfast was awesome. Next time we go back and visit to Salina this place is where we going to stay at.

Nice enough, has a pool and breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it had a nice work space. Getting a bit dated, plug ins are sparceno USB ports for phone charger,, that kind of thing. Otherwise a good stay

Sink did not drain, and a mixup with one of our reservations, a hole in the wall behind the main room door. Breakfast was good.

This was such a nice hotel! We got in super late at 3AM and accidentally booked the night after online. The staff was accommodating and made it an easy fix. We also were thoroughly impressed with the amazing breakfast and the employee working there. She was so sweet and accommodating to us and our 3 kids! Wish we had been able to stay longer!

Very surprised at poor conditions outside and in lobby area. Best Western Plus has always had a very good reputation. I will not be staying at Best Western Plus any more. I declined to stay there and was refused even a partial refund. Good luck in future, I know you can correct these problems.

My Best Friend and I decided that I wanted a break from work ( designs and customers ) and Cheryl from daily child care for her granddaughters. Two sisters on escape to relaxation, our room pillow top bed’s, snuggly pillows and breakfast perfect of course. We booked this place because of the water slide but when we got there it was closed off. There was no wifi also. The beds are kinda hard. The staff was amazing though. Very friendly.

Homeward Bound

Our check in was smooth, however the front desk person was very flustered by many things such as the pool door being locked, WiFi not being available for clients, and overall bad day it sounded like. Not unpleasant but we didn’t need the energy as we walked in. Our breakfast service was the best of our entire trip and the staff was so friendly and kind. Had a wonderful visit with her.
