"They have a $50 deposit in Addition to the room charge. We were told it wouldn’t be charged if room left ok but we were charged and it took a couple days to return it to us. Breakfast was kind of sparse. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Check in was quick, house was okay on cleanliness, it really works better for families or younger groups. The bathroom situation is a little tough as master way in back and rooms are up front and the jack and Jill toilet is also hall toilet…cute house, a little cold feeling with concrete floors vs rugs or comfortable chairs. "We rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were infested with roaches. When we complained to the night manager, she was very nonchalant with her attitude and just asked for the keys back while saying they just had pest control come out!"

"We loved our long weekend away at Suwannee River Retreat! The house was clean, spacious and updated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, etc. It was the perfect hangout spot in the mornings while we made breakfast. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family. The dock was our favorite part, though; we spent several hours relaxing out there, enjoying the peace and quiet of the river. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the only two things we needed to do before leaving were strip the beds and take out the trash. We will definitely be back!"
