"The boathouse is directly over the water. Opening the windows created a relaxing breeze with the lapping sound of the water. Beautiful property. Modern decor and clean! We didn’t take advantage of the fire pit by the water due to high winds. We were able to see a bit of the northern lights! I would recommend this place. The owners are friendly and accommodating."

"The pictures were accurate and not misleading. However, what should have been included in the overall description is that when you wash dishes you have to do them in buckets in the sink. Then take the buckets outside and dump the water. The note left by the host also said do not take long showers because the holding tank can fill up and a very loud siren will go off. "This is the perfect lakeside getaway if you want to relax and enjoy time on the lake. The view of the lake is amazing and the house has all of the comforts of home. I like the short drive into town and everything (restaurants, groceries, bait and tackle, etc.) are only about a 10 minute drive from the house. I definitely will be booking this place again."
