"Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations. Whilst the location was good and communication with host was very easy, the property was not a good fit for us and had some aspects that suggest it is not a well planned holiday unit. Very very uncomfortable cheap beds and the bathroom was not ventilated at all which makes it wet all the time and slightly mouldy in the shower. Again with the bathroom, the toilet is so close to the main bedroom with a poorly fitting sliding door... you can hear everything. On arrival it appeared that no one had been there for some time and there was an outdoor lounge in front of the front door...we thought we were in the wrong place. Parking is OK and secure but very tight for a larger car."

"We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay."

"Parking was abysmal, the air conditioning unit was last used on the Ark, as to room condition the kindest description would be, APPALING. If cleanliness is next to godliness, this property and room 109A must be in the dungeon's of hell. You can hear a pin drop in the rooms adjoining yours, not to mention above. Do not use this property if you are concerned about your car being there in the morning. Location is wonderful. "
