"Incredible place to stay for a few days. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with tastefully furnished rooms/suites. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want! Beautiful pools and restaurant/bar area. Food in the restaurant was excellent, quite pricey but worth a splurge. Was my second time staying and it’s just as good as I remembered. Best bit: they grow cherry tomatoes all around the property and you are encouraged to help yourself- which we did! You can’t beat home grown tomatoes 🍅 "

" We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"

"Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. "My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be. On request she arranged a horseback ride outing and an in-room massage. In the morning she had breakfast ready, which is also tailor made to my dietary needs. The suite was very well lite with a nice size kitchen and well appointed bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean room. The grounds are well kept up. I didn’t go in the pool as the temps were very low. There are horses grazing on the neighboring properties; beautiful natural landscape. Overall it was a relaxing low key weekend spent in nature and tranquility. The BNB is 20 min from the famous Cascate del Mulino thermal baths and the Terme di Saturnia Hot Springs resort. I highly recommend staying at Rosy’s place and plan to do so the next time I’m in Italy. "
