Great pool

Great pool, big rooms, clean bathroom. Foam bed and flat pillows. No tea coffee making facilities and did not see a bar, though their restaurant was 100m away may have served drinks. Restaurant good food well presented. Good breakfast.

Would Stay at Relais Ciavatta Hotel Again!

Stayed here to go over and swim in the Cascata near Saturnia. Nice place. The front entrance is pretty and easy to spot from the road. The parking spots are fun. You park between olive trees. There are two outdoor pools. Both are relaxing and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. The nearby restaurant Osteria La Fransca is quite nice. Had several pasta dishes and the tiramisu is wonderful. Wine is made right there on site. Cute little vineyard. It’s Italian wine country. Grapes everywhere. Keys to the rooms are old fashioned mechanical keys with large dongles on them so you don’t lose the room keys. Bathrooms have built in hairdryers which are nice. WiFi is decent and fast. Streamed some Netflix mo irs and shows before bed time.

I do not recommend this property at all. The 2 bedroom cottage looks nothing like in the photos. Surrounded by bush with overgrown mosquitoes in the cottage. Old, dirty, worn and torn furniture, light sockets that are falling from the wall, old and minimal cooking utensils and we found termites on the bed that fell from the ceiling. The reception staff is rude. She came to look at the insects and just wiped them off. She offered another room that was no better. When I asked for a refund as I cannot stay in an unclean cottage that has termites falling from the roof, she called me a liar and said there were no termites. Luckily I took photos. My family and I did not end up staying and we did not get a refund. I will never go back here.

Hyggeligt sted - anbefaling til et kortere ophold

Et rigtig fint og hyggeligt relais ude midt pĂ„ landet. Lever op til navn (country hotel) - med oliven lunde, vinranker, cyprus trĂŠer, grĂŠssende kĂžer og heste lige udenfor dĂžren. Der var en dejlig ro og et godt pool-omrĂ„de med nok liggestole til alle gĂŠster. Ejerne leverede en rigtig god service. De var interesserede i deres gĂŠster og var sĂŠrdeles venlige og nĂŠrvĂŠrende. KĂŠmpe plus! Hotellet er super rent og indbydende - og meget autentisk og hyggeligt. Vi blev opgraderet ved ankomst og fik en dejlig suite pĂ„ 2. sal. Hotellet ligger tĂŠt pĂ„ den hyggeligste by Montemerano - kĂŠmpe anbefaling at tage dertil for at spise aftensmad. Internettet var elendigt! Vi kunne slet ikke fĂ„ forbindelse, hverken nĂ„r vi var pĂ„ vĂŠrelset, ved poolen, i restauranten eller andre omrĂ„der. Det var et kĂŠmpe minus! Restaurant: Kvaliteten i restauranten lever ikke op til omgivelserne. Portionerne var smĂ„ og vi fik en pastaret hvor fyldet var skildt. Dog gjorde det, at vi kom ud og oplevede gode restauranter i nĂŠrliggende byer. Morgenmad: et meget lille udvalg - bliver trĂŠttende efter flere dage. Dog lĂŠkkert med frisk frugt plukket pĂ„ farmen (fx figner) Ærgerligt at man ikke kunne fĂ„ noget at spise i lĂžbet af dagen - fx en snack/noget koldt at drikke nĂ„r man var ved poolen.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in den HĂŒgel der Toskana

Wir waren als typische Kleinfamilie eine Woche zu Gast in einerĂ€m der insgesamt 10 FerienhĂ€user die sich am Rande des GelĂ€ndes befinden. Das Haus und den Aufenthalt an sich schĂ€tzen wir insgesamt als gut, allerdings nicht hervorragend ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung, allerdings eher rustikal (dunkles schweres Holz, siehe Fotos). Das beeintrĂ€chtigte den Augenthalt zusammen mit den wenigen und leider lichtschwachen Lampen zum einen ganz praktikabel in dem der Inhalt der KleiderschrĂ€nke kaum erkennbar war, als auch allgemein die Stimmung fĂŒr Leute wie meine Frau die helle freundliche Wohnungen bevorzugen doch etwas. Als Pluspunkt muss man die tatsĂ€chlich funktionierenden Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern erwĂ€hnen. Wir haben immer mit Fenstern offen geschlafen und uns von den TiergerĂ€uschen einschlĂ€fern lassen. Der Poolbereich ist super mit vielen angenehmen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Umfeld bietet neben den bekannten Quellen von Saturnia eher etwas fĂŒr die StĂ€dtereisenden z.B.

Belles rĂ©sidence avec plusieurs possibilitĂ©s d’hĂ©bergement. Nous avions choisi un des 10 cottages Ă  l’écart de la route et non loin de la piscine. Grand, propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© il nous a donnĂ© entiĂšre satisfaction. L’hĂŽtel est situĂ© non loin des termes de Saturnia et de “la cascade dl Molino” pour profiter des eaux chaudes et soufrĂ©es de cette source. TrĂšs bon accueil Ă  l’hĂŽtel, que nous recommandons.

cet endroit est magnifique, une belle propriété au milieu de la Toscane. la chambre était grande, conforme aux photos. l'endroit est vraiment trÚs trÚs calme, donc un bon séjour pour se reposer et c'est à 3 minutes en voiture à coté des termes de Saturnia, donc trÚs bien placé. Le seul petit point négatif c'est la climatisation qui n'en est pas une, heureusement les nuits sont plus fraiches donc on peut dormir mais vraiment en cas de grosse chaleur vous pouvez vous dire que la climatisation est inexistante. Le wifi est egalement trÚs trÚs faible mais bon...est ce qu'on y va pour travailler, je ne pense pas. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par les jeunes. La piscine est trÚs agréable. il y en a deux et ça aussi c'est pas mal.
