Magnificent 4 bedroom Villa with and free wi-fi . 5 Bathrooms - Master en-suite with jacuzzi bath. there is extra fee , pool heating cost 200 euros per week , you need to ask to the owner if you want that service , the pool heating is not working from December until March .The views from the house are spectacular. This villa is equipped with all that is necessary to make your Algarve Holiday relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.special prices .THE SUMMER IN PORTUGAL IS TO GOOD TO BE MISSED................ Dining and drinking: Restaurants in a radius of about a 10 minute drive (e.g. in Estoi, Moncarapacho, Sao Bras de Alportel) provide for your well-being with tasty Portuguese cuisine. Typical for the Algarve menu is fish and seafood. Portugal is a wine country and it is always worth trying the white, green or red wines.Estoi village (5 minutes by car from the villa) is an unspoilt, quaint little hilltop town, nestled in the foothills of the Serra do Caldeirão. Narrow, cobbled streets wind through this charming resort to the central town square, where you will find the impressive town church and everything you need; supermarket, bakery, pastry, butcher, hairdresser, banks, cafes where you can enjoy a coffee and a cake, etc. On the second Sunday of each month a market is held on the outskirts of Estoi, where a variety of clothing and handmade crafts as well as fruit and vegetables can be picked up. Estoi also boasts two architectural gems, one is the Palacio de Estoi, known as the Pink Palace, and the other is the Milreu Roman ruins, one of the first villas built in the Algarve by the Romans.The airport and beach are only 20 minutes by car and the city of Faro 15 minutes by car .About Vilamoura there is a beautiful beach with water skiing and other sports activities. Vilamoura also has a large golf park with a golf school and a marina worth seeing with many restaurants, bars and shops. The Algarve has its own charm all year round.

Amazing Villa

Everything was great, the Villa is beautiful and the locatiion is serene. Marco is very responsive and friendly, will definitly be back, hopefully soon!

Quiet, remote, great view

Two brothers, one daughter one friend!A golf trip using this house as a base to play in the area.It’s bigger than the description says.Wow, lots of room and rooms.Very recently built , once you find it , you’re in a very quiet and safe paradise

Very private and peaceful.

Place was wonderfull. Very private and peaceful yet you weren't to far from the nearest town or the coast. The place was clean and the pool was wonderful. Would definitely return in future.

Out of date beautiful spot it could be wonderful with some money spent on it. The drainage in showers need to be looked at as the base filled with water it didn’t drain away so you had a backwash of hair and do not know what else, not very pleasant, this was on all showers. I was told on the Sunday we needed to bring bedding and towels, I had not read this in the information so that was my fought I was shocked of having to pay extra to acquire the bedding for our stay, why would you travel on a plane with bedding, I was totally thrown apparently since Covid, we have to live with Covid it’s not goin When we arrived it was just left on the hall table we had to make our own beds, not what I would expect. The bedding and towels need to be updated, the bath towels almost like hand towels. The pillows were filled with cubed foam, most uncomfortable. The pool table on two of its sides there are patio doors, a complete accident one of the balls fell off the table bounced and went into the patio door cracking the window, so added insurance is essential in this property. The aircon went off several times had to phone for it to be rebooted. BBQ was not fit for purpose and filthy. There is an old fridge freezer in the kitchen which is broken and has been there since 2019 needs to be removed. The balcony upstairs off one of the bedrooms could do with some furniture so you could enjoy views of an evening. On the upside it was well stocked cutlery and crockery. Disappointing

Sehr gute Lage. Guter Zuschnitt. Das Objekt müsste dringend einer Renovierung unterzogen werden, insbesondere die Außenküche. Manche Möbel und Küchenaustattung sind zu erneuern. Zu viele Katzen leben auf dem Grundstück. Unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, soweit machbar.

Very pleasant stay, the house is very nice and in an excellent and relaxing area. If you’re looking for nature and relax this will be certainly one of the places to stay. Big enough for a big family or group of friends. The pool is nice (although with wind the pool may get a bit dirty with leaves). There are also always a lot of wasps around the pool looking for water and some end up dying inside the pool. The access to the house (outside) is not ideal for big cars but still manageable. The house could have some sort of shed for one or two cars (there’s plenty of space and during summer time under the sun the whole day, the car gets too warm inside). The garden is great to stay, and enjoy the pool. In front of the kitchen there’s a very nice place to eat outside

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus war eine sehr großzügige und schöne Villa mit einem tollen Aussenpool. Die Beschreibung hat gepasst.Wer die Ruhe mag, ist mit dem Objekt bestens bedient. Wichtig ist, dass man motorisiert ist, da das Objekt sehr abgelegen liegt.Die Pool-Heizung hat sich gelohnt. So konnte man zu jeder Tageszeit baden.Auch die Klimaanlage war perfekt. So hat man nachts einen besseren Schlaf. Dadurch das man den Schlüssel über einen Safe mit PIN-Nummer bekommt, konnten wir das Haus noch spät abends beziehen und keiner musste noch auf uns warten.Wir können die Villa samt Anwesen auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wenn sie dieses Haus mieten können, machen sie es. Es war einfach super. Wir waren 4 Golfer Damen zwischen 50-70 Jahre alt hatten 2 Autos gemietet. Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt in den Bergen, aber wenn man es erstmal weiß wo, ist es ganz einfach. Nicht genau nach Navi fahren. Das führt zu weit die "Straße" rauf wo man nur schwer wenden kann. Lieber nochmal beim Vermieter fragen. Riesen Grundstück mit reichlich Parkfläche. Das Haus: riesig!!! Jede von uns hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Alles sehr sauber und im ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Es hab noch ein extra WC vom Wohnzimmer aus. Eine große Küche wo wir alle zusammen essen konnten und eine Küchenausstattung wie ich sie noch nie in einem Ferienhaus hatte. Es fehlte wirklich!! nichts. Sogar Brotdosen, die wir mit auf die Golfrunde nehmen konnten waren da. Waschmaschine... alles da. Und die Ruhe dort. Der Hammer!!! . Schöne große Terrasse wo wir auch gesessen haben. Den Billiardtisch haben wir nicht benutzt. Aber baden im Pool. . Wir schwärmen alle heute noch. Sehr netter Gastgeber per Email und seine Schwester vor Ort ist ein Schatz. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Très belle villa pour ceux qui cherchent la quiétude

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette villa très spacieuse avec beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La vue est splendide! Pour un séjour en hiver, le chauffage est de rigueur. Nous reviendrons!

Schönes Haus - wunderbare Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem großen Haus. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Highlight. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Wer eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit abseits der Touristenzentren sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Prachtige villa met magisch uitzicht over de bergen

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis. Het huis is ontzettend ruim en met een gezin met 4 kinderen is dat heel fijn. Alle slaapkamers hebben hun eigen badkamer. Minpunt is dat je voor de airco moet bijbetalen en ook voor het beddengoed. Verder ligt het huis behoorlijk afgelegen en is er weinig vermaak in de buurt. Een prima huis maar voor ons gezin mag de locatie wat levendiger zijn.

Maison agréable et grande. Supplément pour les draps et serviettes. Il manquerait une enceinte pour écouter de la musique et surtout des indications pour trouver la maison : très complexe surtout de nuit … Un peu loin des plages mais environnement très calme.

Tolles Haus

Nachdem wir das Haus gefunden haben 😉waren wir angenehm überrascht ! Die Aufteilung ist klasse , sodass alle ihr Privatsphäre haben ! Es ist wunderbar ruhig und der Pool ist toll ! Die Kpche war perfekt ausgestattet! Nur die Fliegengitter vermissten wir ! Die Stechmücken waren fies !

Wonderful stay at Villa Murta

Our family of 6 adults recently stay at Villa Murta for 3 weeks in May24 and were very pleased with our decision to stay here. The villa was very large and fit our family well. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table and the location to Faro and surrounding area was easy to access. The road leading to the villa is very narrow so a smaller vehicle is recommended. The location to the closest Lidl and Continente grocery stores in Sao Bras de Alportel was very convenient. Thank you Villa Murta for an awesome family vacation. !

We hebben een hele fijne meivakantie gehad in deze villa. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was fantastisch en ook de omgeving was prachtig. Een minpuntje vonden wij het handdoeken en lakenpakket a 35 euro pp. De handdoeken waren nogal versleten en wel aan vernieuwing toe. Verder een fijne plek en op al onze vragen kregen wij snel antwoord van Marco Rosado. Wij komen graag nog eens weer! Fam. Haasdijk- de Vries

Sehr schöne Villa in den Bergen

Wir durften vier Wochen dieses wunderschön gelegene Haus genießen. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, die Küche ist groß und komfortabel eingerichtet, genug Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser. Die Aussenküche ist gemütlich und läd zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ist ein Herzstück und kann beheizt werden. Das großzügige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für uns als Hundebesitzer perfekt war. Einkaufsmögmichkeiten gibt es in kleineren Geschäften in Estoi, wir sind aber gerne in das Forum Algarve gefahrenen. Der Check in war ok, die Wegbeschreibung könnte ausführlicher. Uns hat es sooo gut gefallen, dass wir die Villa für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben und das sagt doch alles. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt
