The location is very convenient. Bus stations are very close . Only take few stops to train station and have direct bus to Venezia station. They provide nice free breakfast. Highly recommended to my friends for their future trip.

Great location, charming room. We paid a lot to get air conditioning since it was very hot in Venice. The AC didn’t work at all. No fan. Room was 85 degrees at least. Hotel offered no discount at checkout. Just, “we will be in touch”. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise it would have been perfect.
