The super friendly and efficient staff make this place a wonderful choice for families with kids of all ages. From reception to the team running the entertainment, the chefs and the house-keeping staff are a wonderful hard working team . The location is perfect for children and families.

While the general facilities and the service were great, parking was free, and food was good, we had assigned table at the restaurant and the assigned beach beds, a few parts of our stay were odd at best. One pool towel per person is handed out with a credit card deposit, and that towel cannot be changed or cleaned for the entirety of your stay unless you pay a fee of 7 euros per towel. Pool opens late at 9am and closes early at 7 pm, and loud mediocre music is played right next to the rooms until midnight. Lunch and dinner have a 90 minute window each. Furthermore, after getting our room serviced, we found one of our toiletry bags put in the bidet in the bathroom. The checkout time is at 10am, and there were no soap refills in our shower. We repeatedly asked, and they refilled it 10 minutes before our checkout.

We had 5 nights at the Granserena, the room was nice and big with lots of storage. It would have been nice to have more than the 4 coat hangers available. The hotel is located on a lovely beach with ample sun loungers and umbrellas, definitely worth avoiding the area away from the kids club if you want a quieter experience. Torre cane is a very small coastal town with a handful of seafood restaurants, worthwhile hiring a car if you want to venture further. The food was average, aiming to eat as soon as the restaurant opened in the evening was worthwhile as it appeared that most of the food was cooked in one batch and kept warm for the remainder of the evening. There are some show cooking stations where the food is prepared freshly (past dishes and fried/grilled food station) If you have food allergies then you can get some food options prepared separately, eg gluten free pasta and pizza. It would have been helpful to have known this on our first evening, despite us having a conversation with the restaurant manager about food allergies. The free access to the thermal spa next door was a welcome addition, we made use of the Olympic sized swimming pool for a more relaxing experience than the hotel pool where they held entertainment and activities. Overall I would say that this hotel is great if you’ve got kids as there’s so much on offer for them. It’s not really for couples who want to relax and enjoy good food.

Restaurant staff, activity organisers and the entertainers were all very friendly. Food was good and chefs were willing to cook specific items for vegetarians on request. Gym, tennis courts and pools all well maintained. I think they need more reception staff as queues at reception were sometimes long.

Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money.

The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about.

Très bon séjour !

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable et parlait un peu français. L’hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons apprécié la piscine et la plage privée et le parking privé et gratuit. Le buffet est très varié. La chambre était très propre et très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement. Le prêt d’un adaptateur nous a rendu grandement service.

Informationen vid incheckningen var undermålig, inget mineralvatten som välkomst eller heller i minibaren för den delen. Rostiga utemöbler på balkongen. Maten var inte alls god, alla satt packade som sardiner i matsalen och vid frukosten plockades inte smutsig disk bort. Körsbäret på toppen var när allt vatten stängdes av en kväll i hela hotellet och man fick ingen ursäkt, information eller kompensation. Det som var bra var en ren och fin strand på området och att städningen var snabb och toppen. Lever inte upp till ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, det har definitivt sett sina bästa dagar.

In generale tutto buono, cibo ottimo, animazione simpatica, bel mare, l unica pecca era la nostra camera la numero 115, un po'datata e pulita non perfettamente, polvere sul letto, sotto il letto trovata una pillola sconosciuta, capello sul water, formiche che vivevano in camera con noi, dovrebbero almeno disinfestare. Oltre la camera che non ci è piaciuta x questi motivi tutto il resto è stato molto bello...

vacanza rilassante

buona struttura con mare,piscina e ristorante raggiungibili con pochi passi. Animazione presente con numeroso staff ma non invadente. buono il miniclub. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ottimo il mangiare con pochissima fila per le pietanze. Per le serate a tema ho visto di meglio ma ci stavano. La camera me le aspettavo meglio ma tutto sommato andava bene. Il parcheggio a pagamento anche no, si sono persi per pochi euro.
