Casa Magnolia, located in Montalbano, a strategic point for accessing locations such as the Marina di Fasano (Torre Canne and Savelletri), the Marina di Ostuni (Torre San Leonardo "Pilone", Lido Morelli, Rosa Marina and Villanova) in just a few minutes, with its free beaches and its beaches equipped for every type of need. It is also a few km from tourist resorts such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (most beautiful villages in Italy). The structure can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable veranda with adjoining garden, equipped with barbecue. The entire structure is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, fireplace, linen and all the necessary to comfortably use the kitchens are available to guests.
