Trullo del Melograno is composed of original cones typical of the rural
construction of the area, completely renovated, surrounded by greenery
and with a large garden available to guests.
A lovely shaded gazebo furnished with table and chairs allows outdoor dining.
The house consists of a living room with open kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dining room, fireplace, 1 single sofa bed and TV.
The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Trullo del Melograno is located on the Selva di Fasano, a naturalistic
area of particular value located just a few minutes` drive from the
center of Fasano, a town where there are all the main services.
The
location is useful for those wishing to explore the most beautiful
towns in the Valle d`Itria and cities such as Locorotondo, 11 km away,
and Alberobello, 16 km away.
Also close by are the beautiful beaches of Capitolo, just 16 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 12 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
