In the shade of two centuries-old oak trees lies the garden with a lawn and hammocks where you can relax while reading one of the books from the small Puglia-themed library in the house.
In the spacious sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a comfortable sofa, you can enjoy carefree moments of relaxation; the small terrace overlooking the rolling hills is the perfect spot for al fresco lunches and dinners featuring local Apulian specialities.
The apartment’s living room flows seamlessly into the outdoor spaces thanks to the bright window overlooking the garden and the large French door that opens onto the small terrace; comfort is ensured by the cosy sofa bed and the spacious wicker armchair; a wooden table is available for dinners on cooler evenings; The built-in kitchen evokes a bygone era with its style but is equipped with all the amenities of a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 people, each equipped with ceiling fans; air conditioning is available in the hallway between the two bedrooms as well as in the living room.
