"I was booking on wrong by location same name but not the same perspective and low standard , I was disappointed at the hotel on this location , its perfect on quite but there too many animals feces everywhere it’s not comfortable to walk outside because u got to look on the ground to avoid stepping on the poop and its smell also. This property need a lot on maintenance clean and comfortable environment . The inside room itself was clean but a bit old . If u have EV this location doesn’t has it location area are quite but not feel safe . Room service hotel need to restock for guess I didn’t like when its has to call in and ask for more toilets paper and clean towel knowing we stay in more than 1 days . Front desk seem doesn’t know when we ask for information giving misleading information. Not return to this location anymore . This is a bad experience."

"The front office staff were helpful and courteous, but the facility is in disrepair and ill-repair. The elevator was not working, the central courtyard was likely beautiful in years gone by, but is now overgrown. The pool is drained. The room was dirty with a previous occupants dried food on the table, the phone was dirty, there was hair in the tub. The shower curtain did not come down to the tub side so water drenched the floor during a shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were homeless people walking around the premises. It appeared there were families and individuals perhaps paying a discounted weekly rate who may be intermittently homeless. There are several parking spots dedicated to Fresno Police giving the impression that they are called frequently. After one night we found a different hotel."

"If you can sleep well in daylight, this might be the place for you. Windows were without drapes or blinds, and were only covered with a sheet of frosted plastic. With very bright outdoor security lights, it was almost like constant daylight in the room. Wake up at 1:00 a.m. and you'll think it is sunrise. Make sure you have an extra pillow to cover your head. The room was clean, but void of any furniture beyond the bed. No chair or desk, so any meals or laptop work had to be done on the bed. Also, I was given a room with an adjoining room door. The couple next talked all night and left their TV on all night during my first of two nights. To the credit of the very nice manager, he spoke with them and they were quiet on my second night, so I managed some sleep. Not in a great area, and some clientele were a bit sketchy, but with the addition of blinds, small table and chair, I would consider staying here again because the price was good."
