"Quick walk across the street to Disneyland, friendly and quick check in, clean room, safe property, and saw the fireworks from our room. Highly recommend!!!!"

"The front desk service was incredible, great service gave great suggestions and very professional. The room needed an upgrade., Please fix the shower head because too much is spilling out in room 183, and actually you waste more water when you can fix the showerhead and save yourself some money. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a plus and it was near everything you needed in Fresno."

"The staff member who checked us in yesterday did not provide a good experience. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming, and her attitude came across as unprofessional. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access. I also felt that her approach and manner of communication were not appropriate. I cannot say for certain why we were treated that way, but I did feel uncomfortable with the interaction. There were two staff members at the reception desk during check-in. Aside from that experience, the hotel itself was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. I would especially like to recognize one of the staff members, an African American gentleman, who was very kind and helpful. He tried to assist by moving us to another room, but my wife explained that she was unable to move her legs comfortably and that we would manage the room until the next day. He was professional, patient, and made a genuine effort to help us."

"The host are very nice, an available at any time. Jasmine did a walk through with us on arrival an it was very helpful so I knew how to work everything to help my stay go smooth. The house was very clean. It is a older house but there are upgraded features and they are continuing new upgrades they told me. They had water an coffee for us which we appreciated. So thanks again for hosting our family for my son 9 th birthday. They were in the pool all weekend. P.S. stores are near by 5-6 min drive."
