There was laundry?! When checking in they did not state the amenities. Also, be warned, upon checking out I was told to be nowhere near the room. Never ever had that happen to get a deposit back. I understand checking the room but to twll me to not come close to it was concerning.

The frame for the bed was extremely squeaky and worn, the bed itself was thin and worn and there were roaches. I had to struggle to get a refund for the remainder of my stay after discovering roaches in my room.

Motion-censored bright light in the sink area which is open to the sleeping area kept continually turning on every time I moved in bed. There was no way to turn it off which caused me to lose hours of sleep. First time in my life I have had this problem at a hotel. On top of that, the TV did not work! Will not be returning!

Pro was the price, there was more than enough parking and check in/check out was easy; and whoever helped is the first night was wonderful. The room was also spacious and clean. Cons were definitely the location of the room, we had the first room closest to the street and all night we could hear vehicles as if there were practically no walls. The kitchen was great but there was absolutely no utensils/dinnerware. It was the first time we got a room with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing; am I supposed to be traveling with plates and a pan? The towels were the absolute worst and the size was small even for it being just an inn; my partner kept making jokes about them. When I went to get more the front desk seemed annoyed I didn't bring the old towels with me; I suppose it would be too much trouble for housekeeping in the morning? Either way, no I don't want to walk across your parking lot to bring you 4 wet towels so you can give me new ones. Housekeeping was at least very lovely.

Room smelled of extreme chemicals and there was no working TV. When checking in I mentioned I wanted a working TV and the woman at the front had an attitude about tha. Every stay we have encountered TV and/or internet issues. She gave me attitude and I said we have had these issues before. Sure enough there was an issue. She refused to listen to me and basically said we had to go to the office and get a new remote. Of course that was not programmed. Overall lack of service is the reason we will not go back. They have zero empathy for folks driving all day to tend to very sick parents. Shame on them.
