"There was one problem with our stay at Days Innn omaha. Unfortunately its a pretty big one. I booked an accessible room as i am in a wheelchair and the only thing that was accessible was the the doorways. I was unable to move around the room, couldnt get on the bed, had to request a shower chair and received a damaged and very dirty one and when she came to the door with it she accused us of smoking in the room. But other than that, the room was very clean and freshly remodeled and the staff was very nice."

"There were multiple items to pick from for breakfast. It was well stocked. From the start, it was a well kept room. Even though we didn’t have housekeeping clean our room, they were very pleasant when we asked for a few more towels. The parking was good. And well-lit. We would stay here again. "

"We had a great stay at this property in March/April 2026 with our elementary aged kids and dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but conveniently located to hop on the interstate to the zoo or downtown. Also we found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and enjoyed Prehistoric Putt. The house is nice and very spacious, and the kitchen is quite well-appointed. We appreciated the 2 separate living spaces in the living room and basement. The king master and 3 queens are all together on the upper level, which was perfect for us, and there is a set of twin bunkbeds in the basement. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste, but the linens are very nice.You can park in the double garage, which is a nice extra feature. Kids loved the games in the basement. There are coat hooks by the garage door, closets in every bedroom, and two vanity cabinets in the master bath—great touches to help keep things organized. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs here—3 half flights because of the split level.Our dog made good use of the fenced backyard and it was helpful that the kitchen was gated to contain him when we left. The yard could use some cleanup where it looks like there used to be a pool, he got a little muddy on rainy days.The host was very responsive and friendly. We found one small problem with a dripping pipe, and he let me decide whether to have someone come in to fix it while we were there or wait until we left—very accommodating. "

"We loved our stay in this lovely ranch with a cozy living room, convenient parking, attentive host and nearby attractions. The bedrooms were inviting with comfortable bedding and plush extra blankets. Bathrooms featured wonderful showers with excellent water pressure and all of the amenities. Highly recommend this home to other travelers. For our return trips to Omaha, this will be our favorite spot to stay."

"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"This home eneded up being the perfect place for us to stay. Upon arrival the home was clean and an impressive size. The photos do not give this home justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in their own space. The primary suite was a pleasant surprise as it's like an entire unit on it's own with a huge closet, large jetted tub, office area, living space and private sleeping quarters. It was a remarkable area of the home. We spent most of our time outdoors on the patio and by the fireplace which was easy to use. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the zoo and travel. It heated up to our desired temps quickly. The hot tub is set at a lower temp so if you plan to enjoy it while staying I suggest you adjust the temps prior to entering tub. (It only took about 40 minutes to heat up to our desired temp). This rental also doesn't provide much extra as far as hygeine needs. This was not an issue to us as we always pack our own soap, shampoos and conditioners but a good thing to note to be aware of what one should expect to bring. This home is located in a desirable residential neighborhood, on a low traffic street and we felt at ease when walking around and being in this location. The owners had consistent good and quick communication for all off our inquiries before and during stay, plus after. Do not be afraid to reach out to them if issues should arise. Overall we really loved staying at this home, didn't want to leave and would stay again! "
