"Payed for an upgraded room. Missing shower products in the room. Very noisy, facing the main road, with an incredibly thin window glass. On a friday night it's not really what you're looking forward to. During night I could feel a droppong sound from the floor above, like a leaking pipe. "Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details.
